Pitching Distance

Pitching distance is measured from the point of home plate and can be set as follows:

  • 8U: 30 feet
  • 10U: 35 feet
  • 12U: 40 feet
  • 14U: 43 feet

Base Distance

Bases are set at 60 feet from home plate.

*Field 2, 60 feet is equal to the second feather, closer to the grass line.

Equipment

Extra equipment such as rakes and brooms, are located in the shed between fields 3 & 4. Please contact your coach if or a board member if you need access to the shed.

For smaller item such as bases, chalk, and strong: these are located in the equipment box for each field. If it need to be replenished please contact the Fields and Equipment Director.
